Bag 19 Ideabrill is a packaging product worth a gold medal! Indeed, it won the prestigious “Prix spécial du jury non-alimentaire” award, at the event Les Pépites de la Boulangerie 2023.
The results of the fourth edition of the event, sponsored by French magazine Honoré le Mag and organized in collaboration with CEBP (Cercle d’Etudes de Boulangerie Pâtisserie) and FEB (Fédération des Entreprises de Boulangerie et Pâtisserie), was decided by a jury of experts – chain and independent bakers, distributors and a variety of professionals covering the entire industry.
The award ceremony took place during the Sirha Europain trade fair, held in Paris from Sunday 21 to Wednesday 24 January of this year.
Bag 19 Ideabrill, designed specifically for the packaging and storage of leavened baked goods, such as panettone, colomba – the Italian Easter cake – and focaccia, has now become a “must have” among the packaging products of the Rose. These types of baked goods like Christmas cakes and others stored in Bag 19 Ideabrill retain their softness and elasticity, as well as their texture and aroma, for longer.
And last but not least, Bag 19 Ideabrill makes it possible to reduce the packaging necessary – since it is suitable for direct contact with food it fulfills the role of both primary and secondary packaging, thereby resulting in a more sustainable packaging method.
“We are proud to have won such a prestigious award in France – confirmation of how highly competitive our packaging is even in foreign markets,” commented Silvia Ortolani, Sales Director at Esseoquattro SpA. “And what’s more, being present at the Sirha event in Paris, the home of boulangerie and patisserie, allowed us to showcase Bag 19 Ideabrill to the very industry for which it was designed. This recognition is a great source of satisfaction for the entire Rose Team.”
